garsh, it's been a long day.

long walk, long headache, long work.

but now i'm sitting on my couch (score), watching harry potter (double score), looking

at awkward family photos dot com (triple score).

nothing like some serious funny to end the night!

so, i think i like my header. i think.

i'll have to let it grow on me for a bit, but i'm pretty sure i'm sticking with this.

for now...

i've been blogging for 2 years, but this whole 'design' thing is so new to me,

so self-taught, so slow, so frustrating.

i'm the type who likes to be good at things. who likes to be the best (or close to) at things.

trust me, i know that life is all about taking the first step and putting in hard work and yada yada,

but i'm impatient, and easily distracted, and it's windy today, and i hope it doesn't rain when i mow

the lawn, and... shit. sorry.

as i was saying... it's going to be a progress, journey, learning experience, what have you and i need

to keep reminding myself to enjoy it and soak it in. everything that is. not just teaching myself damn

photoshop, but everything in life.

well, i'm off to mow the lawn and i hope it doesn't rain on me.

I'm back!

Back in the New York blogging groove!

i wish i could say something cool like,

"sorry! i've been backpacking through europe and didn't have an internet connection."

or"i was on a yacht trip around the world and couldn't blog from the middle of the Atlantic."

or even"oops! the road trip went for and extra 2 months."

but alas... i can't.

i've just been working.

working at work.

working in the yard.

working in the house.

working on getting my seXXXy back.

working on flattening my ass by sitting on this couch.

(it's a little counterproductive to the work before it. whatevs.)

there are going to be some exciting things going on around here. well, not really that exciting.

obvi i changed the name of the blog and now i'm working on getting a new header finished.

i've never used photoshop, so this should be interesting...

and frustrating.
